/the space between/

a series of small group coaching + collective care circles for human beings in transition

in the forest, when a tree is uprooted or injured, it doesn’t heal alone.

The surrounding ecosystem responds—mycelial networks, nearby roots, and interwoven canopies offer nourishment, stability, and quiet support. Slowly, in the shadow of rupture, the tree begins to heal—rooting itself again in a new way. Scarred, yes. But still alive. Still becoming.

Much of this healing happens in liminal space—between wounding and repair, between collapse and care, between uprooting and new growth.

It’s the same space so many find themselves in now.

In the wake of the dismantling of federal agencies and USAID by the current regime, the ripple effects have been felt across the country and around the world—disrupting lives, undermining decades of work, and shaking the foundation of what it means to serve the public good. For those who built careers on mission, justice, and care, this moment has left many asking:

Who am I now?
What does service look like from here?
And how do I find my footing in the aftermath of it all?

/the space between/ is a place to land.

Not to fix yourself.
Not to hustle toward a plan.
But to pause.

To process what you’ve been through—
so you can move forward rooted in clarity, not fear.

This circle offers a grounding path for those who feel:

  • Uprooted

  • Disillusioned

  • Exhausted

  • Grieving the systems they once served

  • Uncertain about how to move forward without abandoning their values and themselves in the process

Not sure what to expect? Before diving into deeper work, join me for a free webinar to explore how healing our stories transforms rupture into resilience and pain into purpose in moments of transition.

from rupture to rise—transforming pain into purpose in life’s threshold moments (free workshop)

What if the moments that break us open are actually invitations to rise into who we're meant to become? Join me for a free workshop exploring how life's most difficult threshold moments—job loss, relationship changes, health challenges, identity shifts—can become gateways to deeper purpose and authentic living through story-healing.

This workshop serves as an introduction to the deeper work available in our 4-week group coaching + community care circles.

  • You’re a current or former federal employee, public servant, humanitarian, frontline responder, social justice advocate, attorney, or non-profit professional

  • You’re feeling angry, fearful, betrayed, disoriented, or heartbroken by what’s happening around you and in the world

  • You’ve left—or are considering leaving—your role and feel unsure of what’s next

  • You’re carrying grief, frustration, or moral injury and need space to unpack it all

  • You’re ready to root into your values and move forward with clarity, courage, and care—alongside others who understand

this is for you if:

Week 1: RUPTURE | the breaking
Acknowledging the cost of service inside systems shaped by power, politics, and paradox—and grieving what has been lost along the way.

Week 2: REWEAVE | the holding
Exploring the anchors and collective care that nourish us—restoring connection, safety, and the conditions for stability and joy.

Week 3: ROOT | the grounding
Untangling identity and self-worth from roles, titles, outcomes, and productivity—and re-rooting into your personal values and truth with compassion.

Week 4: RISE | the becoming
Living into your moral root system—ethics, values, and boundaries—and choosing how to show up now with courage, clarity, and care.
