moral mapping
most of us are given career maps. rarely are we given moral maps.
Moral cartography helps us understand the terrain. Moral mapping helps us move through it.
Moral mapping is a practice for noticing the stories that have shaped and guided us on our paths of service, naming the costs of serving inside systems that weren't designed to hold our full humanity, and finding pathways back to conscience, care, and sustainable service.
It works at two levels, because the same wounds that impact individuals influence the policies, practices, and procedures within the institutions they serve.
Coaching for mission-driven professionals standing at a threshold, whether that's moving through moral injury, institutional betrayal, or collective grief, or looking for a way of serving that doesn't require sacrificing your own health and well-being. Sessions range from a single 90-minute session to a six-month partnership.
