Help Spread the Word on Launch Day and Beyond 🚀

Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have you in my community. Your support of me and my work means more to me than you can possibly imagine. My sincere hope is that with your help, this book will get to the people who need it, and will play a small role in making the world just a little bit better. 🙏🏼💙

How can I help?

If you’ve landed on this page, it means you’ve been kind enough to ask how you can help with the Tell Me My Story book launch. I’m so very grateful and your support means more than you can imagine.

The book launch on Wednesday, February 21st.

“Making the lists” is an elusive goal, but if there is a chance of it happening, it would be from selling ~10,000 books before Wednesday, February 29th (preorders count!). I figure, why not go for it?

Here are some actions that will make a big difference:

  1. Spread the word via email (template below). Send an email to a handful of friends who could benefit from a reminder that serving others doesn’t require us to give up parts of ourselves. If you have a newsletter, online community or another big platform you can include the blurb in, I’d be very grateful!

  2. Share the Service Without Sacrifice Humanitarian Manifesto. I wrote the Manfesto as a call to action for each of us as individuals and as a way to hold leaders and organizations accountable to ensuring our health and well-being are are cornerstone of policies, procedures and practices. I also recorded it for people who’d like an audio reminder.

  3. Play Book Launch Bingo! This is a fun one and if you get BINGO could get you 3 1:1 coaching sessions with me (a $900 value). You can download a copy below, and be sure to share it with others.

  4. Post on Social Media. For those of you on social media, a tweet, a post on Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter, or a short video on TikTok would be wonderful! See social sharing samples below 👇

  5. Post an Amazon review on launch day—bonus: with a video or photo to add warmth! Amazon won’t let you write one before the release date, so CLICK HERE TO ADD A REMINDER TO YOUR CALENDAR. This will be a huge help! Reviews are a major signal to potential readers that the book is worth their time and a very strong positive momentum generator. Extra credit: copy and paste your review into Goodreads if you’re on that platform, too.

  6. Request the Book at your local library or independent bookstore. If they know there’s interest in the book they’re more likely to stock it.

Thank you in advance for any/all help—it all makes a huge difference!

With much love + gratitude,

Hi Friends!

I’m thrilled to share that my friend Dimple’s new book is out, Tell Me My Story—Challenging the Narrative of Service Before Self.

Tell Me My Story is for anyone who has dedicated their lives to helping others and experienced the challenges, sacrifices and pain that often accompanies the work.

Through personal stories and experiences Dimple sheds light on the complexities of service, and shows how embracing our humanity can lead to transformative healing and change. This book is filled with beautiful stories and practical strategies to help us heal the stories we carry within us so we can make new choices that will better serve us and allow us to keep serving others with empathy and joy. It’s also a manifesto  challenging organizations to commit to a human-centered duty of care that addresses the mental health and well-being realities that are common in these lines of work.

Tell Me My Story was the #1 new release in workplace culture on Amazon, and has been endorsed by several high profile individuals including Angela Bailey (Former Chief Human Capital Officer for the Department of Homeland Security) and Jonathan Fields (Founder of Good Life Project®) among others.

If you’d like to support Dimple in her mission of challenging the narrative of service before self, you can purchase a copy wherever you buy your books.

With gratitude,
